In 2020-2022, WISPALS members coordinated to create a suite of surveys targeting faculty in various common program areas to understand how the technical college library might better serve their needs and their students’ needs.

This document provides templated messaging as well as all the questions that were used by the WISPALS Faculty User Needs (FUN) Workgroup in developing these surveys. These items have been aggregated and shared to help individual colleges develop and deploy their own surveys, as well as share the work with other academic library staff members who are interested in remixing the survey questions to know more about their faculty community and improve library service.
